In the 1999 Cow Paddy Pagaent (a kayak race) Maryly and I came in first in
our class! Of cource we were the only people in a double so we were the
only people in that class...
The Cow Paddy Pagaent was canceled in 1998 due to thunderstorms.
I finally took my naturalist friend Keith out to see the Estero on
February 4th 1998.
We were the first to comb the beach after several recent winter storms.
The recent storms created waterfals on the side of the estero.
